The much-anticipated EoLIS 2025 was grandly held at the Lisbon Congress Centre in Portugal. Hosted by WindEurope, the conference focused on global challenges and feasible solutions amid the incoming wave of decommissioned wind power equipment.

Zhang Hui, Deputy Secretary-General of the International Renewable Energy Equipment Recycling Association and the Committee for Wind and Solar Equipment Recycling under China National Resources Recycling Association, was invited to the seminar. She delivered a presentation covering industrial policies, market prospects and development trends of wind turbine recycling.

Following the speech, she held in-depth exchanges with representatives from the European Commission, Global Wind Energy Council, WindEurope, Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO), Vestas and General Electric regarding the current state of the wind power recycling industry worldwide.

The Association will continue to serve as a connecting bridge to boost exchanges and mutual learning between industrial and academic communities worldwide, jointly addressing the pivotal global challenge of wind turbine circular recycling.
